Why use SSL
When you enter into a shop, you know who you are interacting with. You see the products, the brands, and the shop assistants. You also know that, in case you have a problem with your purchase, you will be able to talk to the shop manager or even the shop owner.

5. General Sales Conditions
These General Sales Conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out on our website www.magic-labs.com, property of MAGIC LABS, S.L.U, a legally established company in Spain (CIF: B-61256186).
MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. reserves the right to modify the products available on its website (modifying its products, prices, special promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any given time, though said modifications will not affect transactions already carried out.
MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. will make every effort possible within its means to ensure that the information included on its website is truthful and does not contain any typographical errors. Should any of these errors arise, never the direct intention of MAGIC LABS, S.L.U., the latter will immediately proceed to correct said errors. Should there be a typographical error in the prices shown and if a client has made a decision based on said error, MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. will notify the client of said error and the client will have the right to renounce said purchase without assuming any cost on his/her part.

To carry out a purchase, the user must begin the Ordering process in which the user's browser will flash a security warning. This warning indicates that all data introduced as of that moment will be protected via SSL encryption (see the section on SAFETY for more information).
When this process is finalised, the order is sent online to MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. for its processing. The client will later receive a notification by e-mail, informing him/her if the order meets all the necessary conditions to process it (image resolution, format, etc.). The General Sales Conditions shall apply to those orders which are deemed correct.
Product prices included on the MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. website include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) when applicable.
Purchases made by natural persons residing in a European Union member country are subject to said VAT. Purchases made by taxable persons (companies, institutions, organisations, etc.) as established by the European Union member countries and with a European tax ID are exempt from said tax.
Purchases made by natural and legal persons residing in countries not a part of the European Union or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla are also exempt from paying said VAT.
Magic Labs S.L.U. reserves the right to carry out any change it deems fit at any given time and WITHOUT prior warning and can update products and product prices on a daily basis depending on the market. Shipping expenses for destinations other than Spain and the Balearic Islands are only estimations and can vary depending on the volume of your order and any specific requirement for international delivery.
When completing the order, the client can freely choose to pay by means of credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron); cash on delivery (only in Spain and Portugal and for orders less than 130€); bank transfer or other similar means. In specific cases and to avoid any possible fraud, MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. reserves the right to request a client use a specific method of payment if said client's identity cannot be completely verified.
DeliveryOnce payment has been confirmed, orders will be sent from Magic Labs S.L.U.'s warehouse or from its suppliers to the delivery address specified by the USER and in approximately 10 working days in Spain. If the USER does not receive his/her order in approximately 10 days on the Iberian peninsula (or in approximately 2 weeks if the address is in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla) as of the date the order is issued by the warehouse, the USER may contact Magic Labs S.L.U. through its Customer Care Service on: 902361923. Magic Labs S.L.U. will do everything possible to meet the delivery schedule and, if it is aware of any delay for any reason, it will communicate this to the USER via e-mail or telephone.
Purchaser's Rights and Return PolicyThe client will have 7 days as of the date the order is received to file any complaint. The client can notify MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. of any problem:

In accordance with the Law on Distance Selling, there is no right to revocation or refund for products made according to the consumer's own specifications or clearly customised as is the case of our customised puzzles.
If the product is defective, MAGIC LABS, S.L.U., will replace it. In this case, the same article or reference product will be sent. The client will only be billed for the first shipment, and MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. will assume shipping expenses for the new delivery.
If, by mistake, the client receives a product other than the one requested, MAGIC LABS, S.L.U. will replace said product and deliver the correct one without any additional charge to the client.
The www.magic-labs.com user and/or client accepts to provide truthful information at all times regarding the data requested on order forms and to maintain said data up-to-date at all times.
